I started to work out this year in april or something. Gotta be hot n skinny right? Just kidding :)
But yes, have to be healthy.... So I go to a fitness senter, trainingsenter (u name it..), where I run and have strength training.Also I run tours at the mountains where I live.

Carina, yes, we do need to be healthy, but if we can be HEALTHY and SLIM/SEXY, that's amazing, right? ;)
Sandra, it's really cool that you have a horse and that you can ride it, it was my dream when I was younger, to ahve a horse..
Your diet seems quite good, but maybe some more veggies wouldn't hurt you..?? :p
Do you also eat chocolates or cakes during the week? Or only during the weekends??
